Troubleshooting: Accessing your Membership Online


Dear Valued QCTC Member,

There has been recent confusion regarding how to access your account through our website and the app. The website allows for you to have access to your billing statements, our programs and daily schedule. Below I will be walking through how to access your account and set up a password. 

  •  First, you will have to visit qctc.clubautomation.com and select “Access My Account” on the bottom left-hand side of the screen. Please input your first and last name along with your email on file where prompted.
  • Then, check your email for a link to finish filling out your account’s information criteria. 
  • The link will take you to a form where you will be asked to fill in your birthday, updated address, email, and phone number. Additionally, you will need to input an emergency contact. After doing so you will be able to set up your account’s password at the bottom of the form. 
  • Once this is all done, confirm the information then return to qctc.clubautomation.com.
  • Now in the upper right-hand corner, you will be able to use the email and password you set up on the previous form to log into your account.
  • If you wish to change your login username you may do so under the View My Info tab on the left side of the page.

This login information is the same for the iOS and Android app labeled Quad City Tennis Club.
