As of March 1, 2021, all members and guests must sign a general liability waiver before being allowed on the court. This applies to both tennis and pickleball players, including guests. We have both an electronic waiver and paper copy available at the front desk. There will be no exceptions.

We will be resuming Open Play on Monday, March 1, 2021. We have also permanently designated court 9 to be pickleball-only courts! 9a and 9b will be used only for Open Play pickleball. Pickleball players can now purchase a $5.00 Open Play pass. Open Play on any additional courts will also be approved UNLESS the court is reserved by other pickleball or tennis players. If someone reserves a court then the open play individuals must vacate. Individuals wishing to play with their group can still reserve pickleball courts at a rate of $20.00 ($5.00 per person) per hour. Pickleball players can now also pay to play in advance! We are now able to place money on individual accounts for future use. If you are interested in doing so, please see the front desk for details.
Effective April 1, 2021, we are offering a non-member option for all youth programs, with the exception of the High-Performance program. Auto-renewal of HP and Junior Performance Programs will also be in effect. If you do not wish to participate in an upcoming session, please notify staff before starting the session. We will be adjusting the fee for our Junior Development Program. The upcoming March 8th - April 4th session will still be available at the current price. See new rates below. Our HP program will remain at the same price, with no adjustments. This program is only open to QCTC members. We are asking individuals to register for individual drop-in sessions through our mobile app. This will allow us to ensure proper social distancing and adequate courts reserved.

Membership Cancellation and Hold Policy:
No charge to cancel or change membership type. All unpaid balances must be paid prior to cancellation. Members may place their membership on hold for up to 3 months. Reasons for hold must be approved by management prior to placing membership on hold. Only annual memberships can be paused. BALANCES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO ACCOUNT BEING PLACED ON HOLD. Individuals that wish to cancel their 12 Month membership, must do so in writing. Canceling in the 12 Month agreement term can be done at your convenience if you pay the remaining balance of your 12-month agreement. One-time payments for non-medical reasons or without management approval will not be refunded. If you cancel your membership and wish to rejoin within 12 months, you may be subject to a $99 reactivation fee.
For our current members, new monthly billing prices will apply on April 1, 2021.
Membership billing will be switched to a monthly billing cycle unless annual membership is requested. Individuals currently on an active annual membership will not be subject to monthly billing until after their membership expiration date. Individuals that wish to pay annually will receive one month off of the membership total.
QCTC policy states that all monthly members must have a credit card on file. However, we understand that many do not wish to have their credit card information stored in our secure system. If you do NOT wish to have a credit card on file, you must pay a one-time non refundable fee of $20.00 and pay statement balance by the 5th of every month. Failure to pay the balance will result in a $10 penalty fee. Individuals looking to avoid the penalty fee are encouraged to add money to their account at the end of each month to cover monthly membership dues and incidentals. Chasing member charges is costly so we hope you’ll keep a card on file and help keep our operating costs low
