Scaled onlyThe reception counter and its posts, and the whole south end of the building — the entrance wall, the splayed corners, and the basin, bathroom and breakroom built out beyond Wall A. That outline was traced off a marked-up plan view rather than measured, so treat every figure down there as approximate.

Styling stationsSix — three down each of the two big diagonal walls, and note that most of them land under a window. Every dimension was tape-measured; the spacing along each wall is evenly divided, which is a decision rather than a measurement.

Loose furnitureThe pool table, the signs over it and the crescent couch, which now stands where the wall with the cutout used to. Nothing here is measured — it is a proposal, positioned to hold 5'-0" of cue room on every side of the table.

The 9'-0" ceiling comes from note 10, and the half-wall's 3'-6" sill and 8'-0" head are your figures. The 7'-0" door head is drawn to look right and is not recorded. The counter is 3'-6" tall to match the half-wall, and the columns are 2'-0" across so they seat into the ends of it.

The half-wall is existing and the opening is being cut into it, but its 8'-0" length is scaled rather than measured — worth checking before anyone cuts. Perimeter windows are punched openings per note 10, but none were located or sized, so none are modelled.

The four windows are 6'-0" wide and 5'-0" high. Their widths and positions are measured — they are the 6'-0" runs written into the sketch's own dimension strings — but the sill height never was, so it is drawn at 3'-0", putting the head at 8'-0". With those two blocked, every station on Walls B and C now has solid wall behind it for a mirror, and the two remaining windows have no station in front of them.

The 18'-0" partition is gone. The 8'-0" wall is solid — the 6'-0" cutout has gone — and it has moved down behind the reception desk, centred on it with 4'-0" of standing room between. That wall was called existing early on, so relocating it is demolition and rebuild rather than a drawing change. The couch has not moved, and with the wall gone from its old line it now looks straight at the pool table with nothing in between. The counter is 6'-0" across on 6" square posts and now stands behind the couch, turned to face south, with its open staff side back toward the couch. The six stations sit 2'-0" apart with the run centred on each wall, which leaves 5'-4 1/2" spare at each end of Wall B and only 0'-10" at each end of Wall C. The room is drawn 10'-0" longer than the sketch recorded, closed with a new south wall; that added length is a decision, not a measurement, and the old ghosted walls have been absorbed into it. Each station is 88" long in three sections — 26" at 36" high, 36" at 32" high, 26" at 36" high — 25 1/2" deep. Two things there were never measured: whether the middle section steps back shallower than the sides (drawn a constant 25 1/2"), and how far the apron drops below the middle top (drawn 4").
