TENNIS 101
The complete 4-week beginner course covering proper technique, basic strokes, scoring and etiquette. A one-month membership is included with purchase.

BACK 2 TENNIS
Designed for the returning player with fun drills in an energetic environment. If you played years ago and want to find your way back, this is the entry point.

STROKE OF THE WEEK
One stroke. One hour. Each week targets a specific shot. The stroke being covered each week is posted online when you register.

Elevate Your Game
Learn strokes, technique, footwork and advanced skills.
LIVE BALL
Fast-paced and energetic. Built for players with an NTRP of 3.0–4.0 who want a real workout through repetition and competitive drills. Beginner-intermediate level.

CARDIO TENNIS
High-intensity drills and movement followed by games — all set to music. The cardio workout that happens to improve your tennis. Multiple sessions per week across different levels.

LADIES 3.0 – 3.5 CLINIC
Doubles-focused drills designed to build match-ready skills for players ready to step up their game. Participants may also have the opportunity to join a USTA League team.
Tuesday: 6:00 – 7:30 PM

Ladder League
A flex ladder running across three sessions throughout the summer. Players are grouped by skill level and compete against everyone in their division over six weeks. You set the match time with your opponent based on your own schedule. At the end of each six-week session, players move up or down based on results.
