Pricing
Your rental includes the clubhouse and the covered veranda overlooking the grass courts, with on-site restrooms and adjacent handicap parking. Capacity is up to 50 guests. Play on the grass courts can be arranged separately, based on time and number of players. We also have croquet and lawn games available. Our venue-wide audio system is open for Bluetooth, or listen to our automated grand piano. A small kitchen is available for light-use and an on-site ice machine. Experience the luxury in this one-of-a-kind venue.

What’s included?
The clubhouse interior and covered veranda, on-site restrooms, and adjacent parking, for up to 75 guests.
Can we serve alcohol?
Yes — you arrange the bar and vendors, and provide special event liquor liability coverage.
Can guests play on the grass courts?
Not as part of the standard rental. Lawn play can be arranged separately with approval and is limited to flat-soled, non-marking shoes (no spikes, cleats, or heeled/street shoes) to protect the turf.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as possible; a deposit holds the date.
